🔄 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return most items within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email returns@yourshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization number within 24 hours.

Step 2: Package Your Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available). Include the return authorization number and your order details.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Use the prepaid return label we'll email you, or ship at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at returns@yourshop.com. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
